SHIPPING

All the orders are shipped worldwide via Correos - Spanish registered mail, requiring a signature upon receipt. All orders have a tracking number.

Products are shipped upon receipt of payment.

Products are carefully and lovingly wrapped, assuring safely shipping and nice presentation.

Please double check at check-out that you've entered your shipping address correctly.

Shipping to US usually takes 7-14 business days.

Shipping to European Union countries usually takes 5-7 business days.

Shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan usually takes about 10-14 business days.

Shipping in holiday season can be more slow.
L'ACCENT NOU is not responsible for possible custom and postal companies delays.

Christmas shipping deadlines:
Spain - December 15th
European union - December 10th
Rest of the world - November 10th

Any duties and/or taxes are to be paid by buyer, L'ACCENT NOU is not responsible for any duty charges.

Once items are shipped, L'ACCENT NOU can not be responsible for lost or stolen items. If you would like your item to be insured, please contact us.

PROCESSING TIME

The time needed to prepare an order varies. All orders are sent usually within 2-3 days of purchase.

Made to Order and Custom Orders take 10-15 days of production time. You can find production time at item's description.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. L'ACCENT NOU is not responsible for delays due to customs. L'ACCENT NOU is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in the mail. If there is any problem don't hesitate to contact me, and I will do my best to solve it.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase so exchanges are available for most items. You must contact us within 24 hours after receiving your item if you wish to exchange it.

All items must be unused and in original condition and need to be shipped back insured with delivery confirmation and all shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Once we receive the product we will offer an exchange for another product from our website or a voucher for the amount of your purchase (excluding shipping fees).

We do not accept returns of Custom orders.

NEWSLETTER AND COUPONS

All the newsletter subscribers have a non-expiring discount coupon to use at my website. This coupon is only for purchases of available pieces at the webstore, not for custom orders.

New subscriber's discount code is applied automatically at check-out. The discount code cannot be combined with other codes or discounts on the website.
